After the equipment delivery, the presence of STC technicians on customer’s site is simply essential. We want to supervise the installation operations in order to personally make sure that our equipment is correctly set up and properly connected in compliance with all engineering documentation and the EHS best principles. STC team provides technical support and quality control also during the commissioning phase, in order to prevent any possible failures before the machinery activation and to completely minimize the risks of mistakes during start-up operation.
Additionally, we guarantee several trainings of the customer’s personnel about operation, running details and maintenance of the supplied equipment and we also implement possible revamping of existing customer’s plant. STC, depending on local situation, is able to offer Turnkey, EPC and EPCM Contract type to all its Clients.
